 This Hon’ble Court vide order dated 03/09/2020 has passed the following direction –

“.......... He states that KRDCL has no objection if, as in the case of Metro Rail, the University of Agricultural Sciences, GKVK, Bengaluru, is appointed as the expert agency which will ascertain how many trees, if any, can be saved while constructing the road as per the alignment already fixed. The committee will also go into the question of translocation of the trees which are required to be felled for the construction of the road. The learned Additional Advocate General states that the work on certain stretches is required to be undertaken immediately and therefore, after consulting the said University, he will place before the Court the manner in which the work will be undertaken by the University.”
